About Me
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and nutritionist with an ISSA certification in kickboxing. I have 7yrs experience working one-on-one with clients and group training sessions. I also have worked with special needs clients, i.e. pregnancy, diabetic, muscle and joint therapy and rehabilitation.
It is my pleasure to share my passion for fitness and well-being with others in search of a more healthful and happy life.
In my training, I enjoy using an array of training methods and continue to educate myself to learn of more options. I also find that variety keeps exercise boredom at bay.
My hobbies include running 5ks, 10ks, any ks for that matter....and currently training for my third marathon. I also practice pilates and yoga, which I incorporate into some of my training.
I believe that the main source of illness and injury is all related to an imbalance or lack of physical activity, and my goal is to help you find that balance.
